Will I be charged sales tax?

In our state, which is Texas, we DO have a sales tax; therefore all our Texas customers are to pay 8.25% sales tax upon ordering from BLUE INDIGO JEWELRY.  

What credit cards do you accept!

The credit cards we accept are VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received.  Also, a shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking information.

How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive it?

All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE:  All orders will be shipped via Ground (5-7 days or more), 2nd day air (3 business days), or Express Mail (1-2 da. Guaranteed).  We generally ship through USPS.  During the holiday season orders may take additional time, so please bear with us.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee.  If for some reason the item is damaged, we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise must be returned within 14 days.  If an order is lost (U.S. packages only), we will gladly replace it.  Confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days.

RETURN POLICY:  We will either replace the product(s), or issue refunds. (Shipping charges may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:

• Wrong product - if you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, It will be replaced or refunded.

• Defective item - If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, we will ship out the replacement immediately after the defective item is confirmed.
